Stress is becoming more and more recognised as a major, factor in many physical and mental problems. This course covers a range of “stress related problems” and their treatments as well as investigation into the “root causes” of these problems using a methodical approach. Subjects included in the Course: business practices, Psychotherapy, Systems of the Body, Methods of Treatment, Subconscious Mind Activity, Relaxing & Breathing Techniques, Symptoms of Stress, Psychology, health and safety, hygiene in the workplace, client care and communications.
This course is carried out as a home study course and can be started at anytime.

Self-paced. There are modules to study online at home + case studies.
Attendance:
No attendance, this is a distant learning course.
Duration:
This course is carried out as a home study course and can be started at anytime. This course is approx. 40 hours study (this does vary from student to student.)
Model required?:
Case studies = Yes, you will be required to work on models for your case studies.
Case studies:
You are required to complete 5 treatments as case studies.
