Your Instructor

I started Martial arts at the age of 13 as I was bullied at school from about 8 years old. Weirdly about 5 years ago I had one of the bullies who was an instigator of my childhood, contact me and apologise for their behaviour, but I just told them I have no ill feeling as if it wasn’t for them I may not have learnt any form of Martial Arts and in fact I thanked them.
