Lymphatic Drainage Massage online accredited course

Description

During this online course you will learn professional techniques to carry out a full body lymphatic drainage massage to improve the functioning of the lymphatic system enabling the body to remove toxins and excess fluid from the body’s tissue.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is designed to improve the functioning of the lymphatic system and this is achieved by gentle, rhythmical movements of the skin to stimulate the contraction of the lymphatic vessels. By doing this more metabolic waste products and excess fluid can be removed from the body’s tissues and enter into the lymphatic system. Once it is in the lymphatic system the fluid, known as lymph, can travel through the system passing through a series of lymph nodes where it will be cleansed of dead cells, bacteria and other waste products. The clean lymph is then returned to the blood stream.

Online learning (incl pre course reading) + case studies. + live video lesson/assessment option available at time of booking

Training materials: This includes - downloadable course modules in pdf format, Printable notes, video slide presentation lessons, and access to a comments section to ask questions to the tutor

Live video lesson / assessment: Once you have studied the modules, you will then schedule your live video lesson/assessment, to complete your course. This is optional and must be booked at time of booking.

Attendance:

No attendance required. This course is completed via online learning, with live video assessment option available

Duration:

This course is carried out as a home study course and can be started at anytime. This course is approx. 1 day of online study (this does vary from student to student.)

Model Required?:

Online lesson/assessment (if applicable)= You are required to carry out a treatment on a model, to include consultation and aftercare. If this option is booked.

Case studies = Yes, you will be required to work on models for your case studies.

Case studies:

You are required to complete 3 treatments as case studies.

An accredited certificate emailed to you on successful completion of the course.
