Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy which focuses on establishing the way in which a person thinks, behaves, perceives, acts and reacts. This establishment will then assist the client in dealing with their behavioural, emotional and social challenges to bring about positive changes in their lives. It focuses on presenting issues and how to provide a more positive, balanced and focused way of handling issues & fears.  Subjects included in the Course: Balancing Statements, CBT techniques, worksheets, diary keeping, Distraction Methods, Behavioural & Physical Techniques, Assumptions and Beliefs, open questioning, Rapport, CBT for – Anxiety, Anger, Depression, Stress, Self Esteem, Addiction, Eating Disorders, client care, consultation, health & safety, hygiene, business practices.
