Description

This advanced online course in Maternity & Fertility Reflexology for the Complementary Therapist qualification will provide a route with advanced technical skills for Level 3 reflexologist's or equivalent. This qualification will enable you to add additional techniques for treatment application to your existing clients. This qualification is designed to give you the essential knowledge to assist you to provide advanced therapeutic skills in Maternity & Fertility Reflexology.

A Reflexology qualification

Course format:

Online learning (incl pre course reading, a video demonstration of the routine & audio presentation) + case studies. + live video lesson/assessment option (to gain accredited qualification from ABT Insurance)

Training material is accessed through our online portal

Training materials: This includes - downloadable course modules in pdf format, video demonstration of the routine, an audio / video presentation just like being taught in a classroom, Printable notes, and access to a comments section to ask questions to the tutor)

Live video assessment: If you opt for the live video assessment, you will have the opportunity, once you have studied the modules, to a video call lesson with your tutor to discuss any questions and run through any practical demonstrations of the routine. You will then schedule your live video assessment, to complete your course.

Course content:

• Listening skills for therapists online course

Duration:

This course is carried out as a home study course and can be started at anytime. This course is approx. 40 hours study (this does vary from student to student.)

Model required?:

Online assessment = You are required to carry out a treatment on a model, to include consultation and aftercare. (Applicable if you book the live video assessment option)

Case studies = Yes, you will be required to work on models for your case studies.

Case Studies:

You are required to complete 4 treatments as case studies (2 for maternity & 2 for fertility).

Accreditation Board:

* ABT - Associated Beauty Therapists ( If live video assessment is booked)

* IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists),

* IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine)

Career Opportunities:

Self-Employment or Employment as a Complementary Therapist or reflexologist

Additional Costs:
