Modern reflexology provides deep relaxation, revitalised energy, stress relief, preventative healthcare and balance to the systems of the body. You will learn to activate the healing powers of the body using energy zones that run throughout the body and reflex areas in the feet that correspond to all the major organs, glands and body parts.

Entry Level:

A massage AND Anatomy & Physiology qualification is required.

Course format:

Online learning (incl pre course reading, a video demonstration of the routine & audio presentation) + case studies. + live video lesson/assessment option (to gain accredited qualification from ABT Insurance)

Training material is accessed through our online portal

Training materials: This includes - downloadable course modules in pdf format, video demonstration of the routine, an audio / video presentation just like being taught in a classroom, Printable notes, and access to a comments section to ask questions to the tutor)

Live video assessment: If you opt for the live video assessment, you will have the opportunity, once you have studied the modules, to a video call lesson with your tutor to discuss any questions and run through any practical demonstrations of the routine. You will then schedule your live video assessment, to complete your course.

Attendance:

No attendance required. This course is completed via online learning, with live video assessment option.

A date is booked with your assessor for your assessment.

Duration:

The home study can be started at anytime

Model required?:

Online assessment = You are required to carry out a reflexology treatment on a model, to include consultation and aftercare. (Applicable if you book the live video assessment option)

Case studies = Yes, you will be required to work on models for your case studies.

What’s included:

Course material accessed via our online course platform. A coursework tutor is assigned to you for full support throughout the course. An accredited certificate emailed to you on successful completion of the course.

You will need to purchase your own products, equipment (i.e., massage couch / reflexology chair) and massage mediums in order to carry out your assessment / case studies.
